Great product guys! The adjustable kettlebell replaces the common gym. I have worked out in gym's all my life but have never experienced gains like this before, I will never go back. I would also recommend Mahler's DVD's. I was a beginner, starting out with the 16 KG's but now I able to throw the 29 KG's around without a problem. I recommend this product to anyone that is serious about fitness. Keep up the good work!
